Ministry management overview

Administrators configure programs so families only see ministries that fit each child’s age and the current registration cycle.

What you can configure

• Ministry name, description, and whether it is active
• Age or grade eligibility
• Enrollment type: enrolled, interest-only, or both
• Custom questions asked during registration
• Leader assignments

Leader access

Ministry leaders see rosters and check-in for ministries they are assigned to. Administrators can assign leaders from Ministries and Leaders.

Safety

Only grant leader access to people who should see child and household information for that ministry.
